The website is maintained by Relish Sports Distribution Ltd. For the purposes of data protection legislation, Relish The Great Outdoors Ltd is the data controller and the owner of www.RelishRunningRaces.com and www.BathMarathon.com. Relish Sports Distribution Ltd is the data controller and the owner of www.ColourMyKit.com and www.TheMedalist.co.uk. Together these companies will be known as Relish. - Contact Data: Email address, address, telephone number, delivery address
- Technical Data: May include your IP address, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, operating system. This is automated collected by 3rd party services that process registrations and enquiries by means of cookies and similar technologies.
- Usage Data: May include information on how you use our website, products and services.
- Marketing and Communications Data: May include your preferences on how you receive marketing communications from ourselves and 3rd parties.

We will process your data on the basis of the following legitimate interests:
To enable us to provide you with a quote or fulfil a medal order. Distribution of goods to your delivery address.

By ordering medals through us you authorise us the free and unfettered right to use such photographs for any purposes it deems reasonable including, but not limited to, publication and display by means of print media, internet, publicity material or any other new media now or in the future.
Finding out what information Relish hold about you
Under the Data Protection Legislation, you can ask to see any personal information that we hold about you. Such requests are called subject access requests.
