 For All Medal orders;

Production of any sample medals would be at a small additional cost Any changes to a medal design once samples have been produced will require a new mould cost which will charged at minimum charge of £200 per mould Payment in full would be required in advance of production Our quotes are only valid for 7 working days due to the highly unpredictable nature of the exchange rate.

Pantone colours from a pantone book is the only 100% reliable way to match colour tones. It should be noted that all screens (phone, tablet, laptop) will display the same colour in different ways. We take no responsibility for a colour not matching the expected shade in this instance, unless the customer is quoting a pantone colour from a printed pantone book. 

Agreement

If any section of this document is not deemed legitimate or is found to be incorrect in any way shape or form by a court or any other legal authority then that section shall be removed or changed to meet the necessary requirements. The changes to this section will not affect the legitimacy and enforceability of any other sections of this policy.
